Rakta Charitra | Surya Enters Bollywood

The film Rakta Charitra directed by Ram Gopal Varma, one of the most Great filmmakers of Indian Film Industry, marks the debut of Surya in Bollywood and is getting dubbed in Tamil and Telugu as well.The Tamil version has been titled as Raktha Charitra with Vivek Oberoi himself dubbing with his own voice.

Vivek Oberoi takes on the role of Parithala Ravi and Surya as his rival Maddelacheruvu Suri. Priyamani, who makes her debut in Bollywood with Manirathnam’s Raavan, enacts the role of Surya’s wife. Hindi Film Industry’s reigning superstar Shatrughan Sinha performs the role of Former Late AP Chief Minister NTR.

Na. Muthukumar has penned lyrics for a song that is based on Raktham (Blood) and former journalist Gnyanavel has written dialogues for the Tamil version.

The film’s post production works are close on the heels of completion and will hit screens simultaneously in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu by August.

Aamir Khan joins Twitter

After much insist from megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Bollywood actor-producer Aamir Khan has finally decided to join micro-blogging website Twitter .

"Aamir is on Twitter from July 1. He was not on Twitter till now because he thought he won't be able to give enough time to it. But since Mr.Bachchan insisted on him joining it, he gave it another thought and has decided to join it. He cannot say no to Mr.Bachchan," said a source close to the actor.

Aamir met Amitabh and his actress-politician wife Jaya over a casual dinner in London last week and Amitabh started persuading him to join the site. He even taught him how to send Tweets through his phone.

The actor's username on Twitter is aamir_khan.

At present he is having 21,285 followers.

Shakira Singing In Bollywood Film

The Colombian pop singer Shakira who gained a lot of fans in India through the FIFA World Cup official song ' Waka Waka ' and  the inagural  function of FIFA World Cup 2010 hosted by South Africa. There is thing to cheer for her Indian fans as she is coming in a Bollywood film. She is going to sing in a new Hindi film directed by Prashanth Chad. Name of the film is not yet fixed. Sachin Joshy plays the leading role in the film.


Shakira will be singing an English song in which there will be Hindi lines in between which is being composed by Saleem-Sulaiman team for the film.
